25kV AC mainline railways: section insulators (TB/T 3036) and neutral section insulators (TB/T 3037), plus 27.5kV HV disconnectors. 750V/1500V DC metro: TB/T 3252 metro section insulators and 1.5kV DC disconnectors up to 6000A.
By Line Speed
Mainline AC products are rated up to 160-200 km/h per TB/T 3036/3037 depending on type; metro DC section insulators cover up to 120 km/h per TB/T 3252-2022. Match the sub-model to your design speed at inquiry.
By Service Environment
High-altitude, heavy-pollution, coastal salt-fog and tunnel sections call for enhanced-insulation (-E) variants with ≥430mm reinforced air gap. Test tracks needing AC/DC switching use our 1.5kV/27.5kV dual-purpose disconnector.
