Henan Chuangwit Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of overhead contact system (OCS) components and traction power supply equipment for railway electrification. Headquartered in Ruzhou, Pingdingshan, Henan Province — at the heart of China's railway corridor network — we integrate R&D, precision manufacturing and project service, and deliver high-safety, high-reliability system solutions to rail transit projects worldwide.

Our core competence lies in sectioning and switching: section insulators, neutral section (phase separation) insulators, high-voltage disconnectors and metro DC disconnectors, designed and type-tested per TB/T 3036, TB/T 3037, TB/T 3252 and GB 1985, with reference to EN 50119 and IEC 61992-3 for international projects. Our products hold CRCC certification for the Chinese railway market, and the company is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.

What We Focus On

Sectioning & Switching

High-performance section insulators and neutral section insulators built with premium composite insulating materials and precision machining — excellent arc resistance, pollution withstand and ageing performance.

Disconnectors

HV and DC disconnectors across voltage levels (10kV to 27.5kV AC, 750V/1500V DC) with compact structures and low operating torque, for reliable maintenance isolation and fast fault sectionalizing.

Insulation & Protection

Silicone rubber insulators, metal-oxide surge arresters and protective fittings that raise the weatherability and lightning protection level of the entire OCS.

Connection & Suspension

Messenger wire seats, dropper clamps, splice clamps and anchoring fittings that keep mechanical connections secure and electrical continuity uncompromised.

Quality & Testing

Product quality is the lifeline of our business. Our in-house inspection center is equipped with tensile testing machines, insulation resistance testers, salt-spray corrosion chambers and high-voltage withstand test equipment. From incoming raw material inspection to final ex-factory testing, every process step follows Chinese railway industry standards (TB) and the technical specifications of railway authorities.

This process discipline ensures that our products maintain long-term stable service in harsh natural environments — wind-blown sand, heavy rain and snow, severe cold down to -40°C, and high-pollution or coastal salt-fog corridors.
