How do outgoing inspection and the warranty policy work?

Raw material re-inspection, in-process inspection and batch outgoing inspection, then delivery; warranty per contract

Short answer

Chuangwit operates a three-level inspection system: incoming re-inspection of raw material (chemical composition and mechanical properties), in-process inspection (welding, crimping, galvanising and other key operations) and batch inspection of finished goods (dimensions, breaking load, electrical performance and so on to the applicable product standard). Products are released only after each unit or batch has passed outgoing inspection, and ship with an outgoing inspection report and a certificate of conformity.

Warranty policy

The warranty period and warranty obligations follow the contract and generally cover the guarantee period specified in the product standard; quality problems not caused by the user during the warranty period are repaired or replaced free of charge. For key products such as section insulators and disconnectors we can supply type test reports, CRCC certificates and on-site installation guidance to project requirements.
