12-3 Double-Eye Rod (Φ16, Φ20)

Specifications

Model12-3
StandardTB/T 2075.12-2024, Fittings for overhead contact system of electrification railway — Part 12: Pulley compensation devices

The 12-3 double-eye rod is an adjustable tension link for compensation and anchoring systems of the overhead contact system: an eye at each end connects to adjacent components through pins, and the link length can be fine-tuned to set the assembly geometry.

Manufactured to TB/T 2075.12-2024, Fittings for overhead contact system of electrification railway — Part 12: Pulley compensation devices, the rod comes in two diameters — Φ16 and Φ20 — covering the standard load grades. A turnbuckle-style fitting can be fitted on the rod body for length adjustment, and the eye sections are formed so the steel's grain flow remains intact for reliable load capacity.

The finished rod is hot-dip galvanized for outdoor service and pairs with the 12-2 D-type connector and 12-4 tongue-eye rod in the complete compensation fitting set.

Henan Chuangwit Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplies the 12-3 under CRCC certification, with both diameters available from stock production.
