| Installation | Connects the positioning tube end to the messenger wire seat, suspending the tube at design height |
The 3-7B tube suspender rope is the hanging member of the limit-type positioning device: a rope with connection hooks (or eyes) at both ends, its upper end attaching to the messenger wire seat on the flat cantilever and its lower end hooking the outer end of the positioning tube. It holds the tube at its design height and keeps it level.
Because the suspender is flexible, it accommodates the small movements of the suspension point without transmitting them into the registration as hard loads. Lengths match the positioning tube assembly dimensions, and the end fittings make adjustment and replacement straightforward.
Design Features
- Hook / eye end fittings make fitting and adjustment quick
- Flexible rope follows small suspension point movements
- Lengths matched to positioning tube assembly dimensions
- Common part with messenger wire seats and the positioning tube family
The product is manufactured under CRCC railway product certification and an ISO 9001 quality management system, with incoming material inspection, in-process control on critical operations and batch-by-batch final inspection before delivery.
Henan Chuangwit Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. supplies this locator with selection calculations, matched fittings and site technical guidance for traction power projects. Its upper end attaches to the messenger wire seat on the flat cantilever; its lower end hooks the outer end of the positioning tube, holding the tube at its designed height and level. A flexible rope tolerates the small vertical movements of the suspension point without forcing those movements into the registration geometry as hard loads. Lengths are matched to the tube assembly dimensions; the hook ends allow fine adjustment on site during erection. The messenger wire seat on the cantilever side, and the positioning tube / tube clamp on the tube side — all standard TB/T 2075.3 interfaces.Frequently Asked Questions

Performance
Operating Conditions
Outdoor service at OCS registration points on mainline, high-speed and station structures, subject to suspension, wind, ice and dynamic pantograph loads as defined by the OCS design.
Mechanical Performance
Flexible rope decouples suspension point movement from the registration; end hooks allow quick length setting.
