Integral droppers (7-1A/7-1B) suspend the contact wire from the messenger wire in electrified railway OCS, in CuNi2Si by stamping.
Excellent mechanical and electrical performance: dropper clamp vertical failing load at least 3.9kN and dropper wire breaking load at least 5.67kN — safe, reliable and easy to maintain.

For all catenary types, transferring the contact wire suspension load and keeping contact height and stagger.
Mechanical Performance
Crimp grip at least 95% of the stranded wire rated breaking load; integral dropper length is precise with low strand spreading.
Electrical Performance
Conductive section meets ampacity requirements with low transition resistance at crimps.

High-speed catenary:
