Tunnel Hanging Post 22-5 (Types Y / F)

Wall-mounted tunnel post suspending OCS support and anchoring devices — Y and F forms for different cross-sections.

Tunnel Hanging Post 22-5 (Types Y / F)

Specifications

Model22-5 (Y / F)
Drawing No.22-5
StandardTB/T 2075.22-2024 — Part 22: Tunnel support and positioning devices
MaterialsStructural steel, hot-dip galvanized / anti-corrosion coated
InstallationFixed to the tunnel wall, suspending OCS support and anchoring devices

The 22-5 tunnel hanging post is the wall-mounted column of tunnel OCS installations. Fixed to embedded parts or a mounting base in the tunnel wall, its body provides the hanging holes and connection faces on which the support devices are suspended — cantilever-type supports, suspension insulators and, where the design requires it, the anchor and tensioning equipment.

Y and F type forms adapt to different tunnel cross-sections and assembly directions. The post body has good stiffness with a standardized hanging point layout, and pairs with the tunnel mounting bases for convenient installation and adjustment. Surfaces are anti-corrosion treated for the humid tunnel atmosphere.

Design Features

  • Y / F forms match different tunnel cross-sections and hanging directions
  • Stiff post body with standardized hanging point spacing
  • Interfaces accept support devices, insulators and anchoring equipment
  • Anti-corrosion finish for damp tunnel service

The product is manufactured under CRCC railway product certification and an ISO 9001 quality management system, with incoming material inspection, in-process control on critical operations and batch-by-batch final inspection before delivery.

Typical applications are railway tunnels and open-cut sections, where the hanging post serves as the suspension member for the OCS support and anchoring devices. Henan Chuangwit supplies posts together with bases and the matching support kit against your tunnel drawings.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a tunnel hanging post?

It is a short post fixed to the tunnel wall (to embedded parts or a mounting base) that suspends the OCS support devices: cantilever-type supports, suspension insulators, and anchoring or tensioning equipment where an overhead anchor is needed.

What is the difference between the Y and F types?

Y and F denote the post forms and mounting orientations, selected to match the tunnel cross-section and the direction from which the suspension is hung.

What loads does the post carry?

It carries the suspension and positioning loads of the OCS support device and, where applied, the loads of the anchor and tensioning equipment — post stiffness and the hanging point layout are designed for these duties.

How is it installed?

The post is bolted to the tunnel wall embedded parts or mounting base; matching interfaces accept the support device and insulation. Layout follows the tunnel OCS design drawings.

Performance

Operating Conditions

Service inside railway tunnels as the suspension member for support and anchoring equipment.

Mechanical Performance

Stiff post body with standardized hanging layout carries suspension and anchor loads; base interfaces allow precise installation and adjustment.

Applications

Railway Tunnels

Standard suspension member of tunnel OCS.

Urban Tunnels

Y / F forms suit metro cross-sections.
