Multi-hole clamp connector joining the support brace to the cantilever tubes, with on-site length adjustment.

1-6 Support Connector (1-6AG48 / 1-6AG60 / 1-6BL70)

Specifications

Model1-6AG48 / 1-6AG60 / 1-6BL70
Drawing No.1-6AG
StandardTB/T 2075.1-2024 — Part 1: Cantilever support devices
MaterialsForged / machined steel body, anti-corrosion coated
InstallationFitted at the ends of the support brace, connecting it to the flat and inclined cantilever tubes

The 1-6 support connector closes the joints of the cantilever triangle. Fitted at the ends of the 1-5 support brace, its clamp grips the brace tube while the hinged hole links to the flat cantilever or the inclined cantilever. Its multi-hole layout allows the effective brace length to be adjusted to the mast assembly dimensions, keeping the load state of the triangle within the design intent.

Three variants cover the system families: 1-6AG48 and 1-6AG60 for the Φ34/Φ48 brace sizes and Φ60 cantilever tubes on lines up to 250 km/h, and 1-6BL70 for the φ70 aluminum cantilever family used on 250–350 km/h aluminum systems. The body is corrosion-protected for long outdoor service.

Design Features

  • Clamp faces fully seat against the tube wall — reliable bolting, no tube deformation
  • Multi-hole adjustment adapts to different assembly dimensions
  • Hinged hole dimensions match the cantilever connector and clevis fittings family
  • Suitable for both erection-time setting and later maintenance adjustment

The product is manufactured under CRCC railway product certification and an ISO 9001 quality management system, with incoming material inspection, in-process control on critical operations and batch-by-batch final inspection before delivery.

Supplied individually or within matched cantilever kits together with braces, cantilever connectors and tubes. Henan Chuangwit provides selection support against your assembly drawings.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the 1-6 support connector do?

It is fitted at the ends of the support brace tube: its clamp grips the brace while the hinged hole connects to the flat cantilever or the inclined cantilever, closing the triangle joints of the assembly.

Which sizes are available?

1-6AG48 (for the Φ34/Φ48 brace family), 1-6AG60 (for Φ60 tubes) and 1-6BL70 (for the φ70 aluminum cantilever family of 250–350 km/h systems).

What is the multi-hole design for?

The multiple connection holes let the effective brace length be tuned to the mast assembly dimensions, so the triangle geometry and its load state match the OCS design.

Is the clamp reliable against slipping?

Yes — the clamp face is fully matched to the tube diameter and, once torqued, grips without tube deformation; the design is proven across the mainline network.

Performance

Operating Conditions

Outdoor service at the brace-to-tube joints of cantilever support devices on mainline and station OCS structures.

Mechanical Performance
