The 1-3 cantilever connector is the hinge node of a cantilever support device: it joins the flat cantilever and the inclined cantilever at their intersection. Bolted clamp faces seat fully against the tube walls, and the hinged hole links the two tubes so the assembly keeps its overall stiffness while retaining the rotational freedom needed for erection and service adjustment of the contact suspension.
Two variants match the cantilever families: 1-3AG60 for the Φ60 steel tube family on lines up to 250 km/h, and 1-3BL70 for the φ70 aluminum tubes used in 250–350 km/h aluminum cantilever systems. The body is die-forged for a continuous grain flow and high fatigue resistance, with a corrosion-protected finish for long outdoor service.
Design Features
- Clamp faces fully matched to the tube diameter — reliable bolting without tube deformation
- Standardized hinge hole works with clevis single eyes, clevis double eyes and other standard fittings
- Node rotates smoothly for cantilever pre-assembly and in-service adjustment
- Forged body with anti-corrosion finish for outdoor long-term operation
The product is manufactured under CRCC railway product certification and an ISO 9001 quality management system, with incoming material inspection, in-process control on critical operations and batch-by-batch final inspection before delivery.
The connector is used at every cantilever support node together with the flat cantilever, the inclined cantilever and the support brace. Henan Chuangwit supplies it individually or as part of a matched cantilever kit with selection support. It is the hinge fitting at the intersection of the flat cantilever and the inclined cantilever: bolted clamp faces grip both tubes and a hinged hole joins them, giving the assembly overall stiffness while keeping the rotation needed for setting and adjusting the suspension geometry. 1-3AG60 fits the Φ60 steel cantilever family; 1-3BL70 fits the φ70 aluminum cantilever tubes of 250–350 km/h systems. The hinged node carries concentrated loads from both tubes. Forged construction gives a continuous grain flow and high fatigue resistance over decades of vibration service. Yes. The hinged design allows the cantilever geometry to be re-set during erection and later maintenance without dismantling the assembly.Frequently Asked Questions
